Auburn Road Wine List
Whites:
- Pinot Grigio: Crisp white wine with fruit and floral aromas. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. Pair with seafood.
- The White Bottle: Aromatic and vibrant Chardonnay. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, then sur lie aged in French oak barrels for 6 months, creating a creamy mid-palate with emphasis on mouthwatering fruit and acidity.
- Solé: A refreshing semi-dry white wine with a touch of effervescence. Made from the Vidal Blanc grape. Stainless steel fermented and aged. Similar to semi-dry Rieslings.
- Dry Rosé: Dry Provence-like rosé. Light, pink and ripe with the soft fragrance of tangerine, citrus and strawberries.
Reds:
- Good Karma: Light, dry blend of Merlot, Sangiovese, and Pinot Noir. Bright, subtle raspberry and cherry flavors. If you enjoy Pinot Noir, you will find a kindred spirit in Good Karma.
- Classico: Complex blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot aged 23 months in oak barrels. Compare to your favorite Chianti Reserve.
- Gaia: Sophisticated blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Aged two years in French oak barrels, Cabernet Franc creates a savory yet floral wine while Merlot builds a silky finish. The addition of Petit Verdot provides well-integrated, chewy, dusty tannins.
- Eidólon: Deep, dark, dry blend of Merlot, Chambourcin and Petit Verdot aged 30 months in oak barrels and another 6 months in the bottle.
